Another question, brother Ṭāhir says: What is the meaning of the statement of Allāh – the Mighty and Majestic – [which means]: {And He is with you, wherever you are} [Al-Ḥadīd:4]?
Shaykh Ṣāliḥ bn Fawzān Al Fawzān:
And He is with you, with His knowledge and His- the Exalted and Most High’s – comprehension. You are not hidden from him in all places, whether on land or in the sea or at night or daytime.
So He is with you with His Comprehension, awareness, and knowledge.
And there is a ma‘iyyah(accompanying) that is specific to the believers, and its meaning is protection, assistance and support.
As He- the Majestic and Most High- said to Mūsa and Hārun[what means]: {Fear not, verily! I am with you both, hearing and seeing} [Ṭā Ha:46]
