Shaykh Ṣāliḥ Fawzān Al-Fawzān
As for the females and girls, they are more difficult [to train]. The girls of nowadays are more difficult [to train] than males, because they now go out [of their homes] to schools and [places of] work.
So, examine them when they [want to] go out. They should not go out beautified. They should not go out unveiled. They should not go out shamelessly.
Mandate covering, modesty, and decency upon them. None [of them] should have a ride with a driver who is not her maḥram, because this is a forbidden seclusion.
And how much has occurred due to the ride of the girl child with a driver who is not from her maḥārim?
And how many disasters and corruption has occurred?
So fear Allāh, O servants of Allāh! Safeguard your children,[both] males and females, because you are responsible for them before Allāh, the Exalted and Most High. And because their corruption is a loss for you in this world and the hereafter.
