I had tried to ask his Friends and family members after the 4th rejection, to speak with him but he ends up telling false tales of how I have being a disobedient child and I belong to the tabligh sect (I am striving upon the Sunnah). He insists I have to take off my hijab and kneel for him before he lets me get married. And the friends and family members are of the opinion that I obey him in that. I had gone to the shariah court in my town for change of wilayah 9 months ago. However, they are not upon the sunnah and had initially taken sides with him after he was invited. Eventually they saw the truth but the wilayah is still yet to be changed as the grand Qadhi keeps saying he is trying to make moves to prevent my father from causing troubles in the future. I have been told the Shariah court wouldn’t change the wilayah and would just keep delaying the matter as they haven’t done any of such in the past. Please What do you advise I do?
